All you need to do is take your photo in front of a plain background in your own home and then upload it. They'll do the sizing magic and give you photo to download according to each countries specifications. It's neat. Try it out! You can print the photos at your home on your inkjet printer (Costly!) or have them printed at Costco @$0.17 for 4 photos.
If you go for passport photos at Kinko's, Walgreens etc. they'll charge you $8-$10 for 2 copies!!! That's a royal rip-off!
